1. Coaching Services

EPIPHANY provides creative coaching, mentoring, education and strategic guidance. Coaching is designed to support personal and professional development and should not be considered therapy, counselling, financial advice, or legal advice.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.

2. Bookings & Payment

Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

Coaching packages and programmes must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at EPIPHANY's discretion.

4. Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of coaching services, payments are generally non-refundable.

If you are enrolled in an ongoing programme, any cancellation terms will be outlined within your coaching agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All resources, worksheets, frameworks, videos, written materials and content provided by EPIPHANY remain the intellectual property of EPIPHANY and may not be reproduced, shared or sold without written permission.

7. Website Content

8. Limitation of Liability
